Elephants are long recognized as sacred symbols in many cultures, honored for their strength, intelligence, leadership and nuturing nature. My late Aunt Mona was a dedicated, lifelong collector of these beautiful creatures as she believed them to bring good luck to her and those who entered her home. They are also an unofficial symbol of my collegiate sorority, so my admiration for elephants runs deep. In this piece, a solid brass elephant charm takes center stage accented by tumbled chrysocolla gemstones.
Chrysocolla is a called the "Fresh Start" stone. It encourages Authenticity, Vulnerability and Communication from the Heart. It is great for heart and throat chakra work and provides support during times of transition and change.
Earwires are gold-plated and hypoallergenic, making them sensitive ear safe!

Gold-Filled: Use a gold jewelry cleaning cloth and gently slide or rub the cloth on the gold to clean and shine.
Copper: Create a mixture of 1 part lemon juice to 2 parts water. Rub liquid gently on copper elements, using fingers. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry with a towel. A cleaning cloth may also be used to polish metal.
Be careful not to submerge gemstones in water as some are more porous than others and may be weakened by moisture.
We highly recommend smudging with dried herbs (sage) as a means of cleansing and activating your crystals.
