Our pieces are handmade to order, therefore our return policy only allows for EXCHANGES at this time.

If you would like to exchange your item(s), please email orders@decoratedjewelry.com within 3 days of delivery.

You will have 14 days to return your item for an exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Please return your item in the appropriate packaging. I can not accept items damaged in the mail due to inappropriate packaging. Thanks so much for your understanding.

Gold-Filled: Use a gold jewelry cleaning cloth and gently slide or rub the cloth on the gold to clean and shine.

Copper: Create a mixture of 1 part lemon juice to 2 parts water. Rub liquid gently on copper elements, using fingers. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry with a towel. A cleaning cloth may also be used to polish metal.

Be careful not to submerge gemstones in water as some are more porous than others and may be weakened by moisture.

We highly recommend smudging with dried herbs (sage) as a means of cleansing and activating your crystals.
